I'm an Industrial Engineer, specialising in Industrial Organisation, from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and I lead Robert Walters' Engineering, Energy & Industry Division in Madrid as Associate Director.

Since 2012 I have specialised in hiring executives and specialists — from middle management to CEO and Managing Director — for searches in Spain and abroad. Together with my team, I have filled more than 817 positions.

I lead a high-performing team of 13 consultants, all engineers by training. We speak the same language as the companies and professionals we work with: we understand every role, project and market from the inside.
